Recommendation committee and appeals

In 2012 there will be a Recommendation committee for any player or team that wants to move down in classification. I'm setting up an email address for anyone who
wants to appeal their classification for the 2012 season.

The committee will consist of 5 people who will be Anonymous to the teams and to each other. If their identify is discovered, that committee member will be replaced.  
This is being do done to prevent favoritism being shown to any team or player.

Appeal must be in on Monday prior to the weekends tournament. If not the appeal will be done the next week voting. Anyone wishing to submit an appeal
needs to provide the following information listed in the body of the email:

Submit the package of materials, including the 2011 roster for team appeals. For players submitting an appeal, please provide me with the teams you have played on for the last two years.

How long do we have to wait to hear back from board? Its been 2 weeks
