In 2012 Georgia ISA will offer a “Double Bounty” format in selected tournaments in various programs.  This is an attempt to be creative in our efforts to make our tournaments more fun than the other associations.

At one of the first games of the tournament a coach that is awarded status of Home Team will draw a name from a container that will include every team participating in their bracket. The team drawn will then be identified as the “Bounty Team” on the bracket board with the team that places the team in the loser’s bracket will receive $5.00 per team in the bracket that show up and play. The team that “Eliminates” the “Bounty Team” from the tournament will receive, in cash, $5.00 per team that is entered into that particular team bracket that show up and play. If the team that is the “Bounty Team” wins the tournament they will receive the cash. Example: In a 10 team tournament the amount paid out will be $100.00.

In case the team that is drawn doesn’t show up for the tournament the tournament another team will be drawn and identified as soon as this is made evident to the tournament director.

If the Metro Tournament doesn't make I will look at asking them for their prize package. However, the entry fee will have to be $285.00 since it's a double bounty and bats being given away.
