Classification Committee Schedule & Rules

[Ga. ISA Board]

The Classification Committee will meet on the 2nd Tue. of each month (possible change for July).

In order to have an appeal considered it must be submitted on the 2009 appeal form (can be found in another thread in this section of message board) and emailed to ga.isaboard@yahoo.com

If you would like to come before the board in person at one of the meetings you must make this known before hand so that we can properly plan the agenda and can avoid long wait times for those attending. Once you have made your wishes to appear known and been approved to attend you will be given time, location, and directions for meeting.

If you have sent in an appeal in between meetings and have not received an answer, your appeal will be addressed at the next meeting.

Again, all appeals and request to attend meetings must be sent to ga.isaboard@yahoo.com

Results of appeals will usually be posted by Thur. afternoon following each meeting. Any in between meetings results will be sent directly to the team or players involved and will be posted as part of the next meeting results.

Any team dropped in class must play with the roster on file with Ga. ISA. Any additions or changes to this roster must be pre approved by State Office, Excecutive Board, or Classification Committee members.

When an individual is dropped to play with a specific team then that teams roster is subjected to the same rules as above.
