The umps and directors are smarter than us right??? You all know damn well they could take 2 to 3 a game and they should!!! Why take one if its gonna get given back next game? Not saying the bat was illegal but last year the rule was if a pitcher got hit the bat would be sent off.

The bat rule needs to be consistant.The enforcement of this rule has been lax and very inconsistant.Last year we had a bat taken once and sent off it was legal.We had one taken for the game and given back after.Then we had one taken for the game and the ball hit the ground before it hit the pitcher.And the whole year last year i think out pitcher was hit the most by line drive's and not one bat was taken from another team for a game or to be sent off.The bat rule needs to be consistant.Or it really doesn't serve a purpose.

I just realized i somewhat hijacked a thread so i will post a new one.
